My medical career began on the frontlines of acute care, undergoing rigorous training in ophthalmology, anesthesiology, and otolaryngology at Hirosaki University and Aomori Prefectural Central Hospital. Driven by this question, I earned my Ph.D. in Medicine and transitioned into public health. For over a decade, I served as the Director of multiple public health centers in Aomori Prefecture. I dedicated myself to overseeing regional healthcare, managing infectious disease crises, and formulating policies to extend the healthy life expectancy of our communities.

This extensive experience in public health equipped me with the ability to manage human health from a macro, strategic perspective.
