Important Instructions for Guests

  1. Online Consultation First: Please have a consultation with Dr. Takebayashi (RED MAPLE CLINIC) to have the prescription sent to the pharmacy digitally or via Fax.
  2. Bring Passport & Insurance: When picking up medication, please bring your Passport and Credit Card/Cash.
  3. In-Person Visit: Currently, the pharmacy requests the patient (or a representative) to visit the counter directly for medication instructions.
